How it works
From a wired zone to your phone
We built the controller and the Greenhouse app together, so there is no integration work between the two.
STEP 01
Wire the zone
Fit one NEXP CON per zone on 24 V. Valves, fans and pumps go on its outputs, the heater on its two-key relay and the sensors on their ports.
STEP 02
Scan to join
Scan the code on the controller with the nexp app. It joins your organisation over LTE, so there is no Wi-Fi to set up in the greenhouse.
STEP 03
Sensors appear
Connected sensors and switches show up by themselves. Misting valves, pressure pumps and other equipment are added from the app.
STEP 04
Watch it live
Temperature, humidity, soil moisture and light for every zone, as they change. Tap a reading to see its history.
STEP 05
Let it run itself
Rules and schedules handle the routine. Group them into profiles like Summer or Seedlings and switch a whole profile at once.
STEP 06
Know when it matters
You get an alert when a zone goes out of range, and you can switch a fan, pump or heater from wherever you are.

No Wi-Fi in the greenhouse
The controller reports over LTE, so it works in a field as well as next to the office.
Keeps reporting in a power cut
Battery backup lets it tell you the power has gone and shut down cleanly.
A heater can't turn on by accident
The heater relay needs two separate signals before it switches.
Made for the Greenhouse app
Zones, readings, rules and alerts are ready the moment the controller joins.
Full specifications are on the circuit design page.
