1. The service
nexp provides hosted application-platform instances: isolated workspaces with apps, identity, APIs, a UI builder and release management. By creating an account or using an instance you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your contact email current — it is how we deliver service and security notices.
3. Free tier
- One free instance per account, for evaluation and small workloads.
- Free instances pause after 2 days of inactivity and can be reactivated from the console; long-paused instances are archived with a backup and later removed.
- Fair use applies; we may throttle or reclaim abusive workloads.
4. Paid organizations
Dedicated organizations, multiple environments and custom limits are provided under a separate order form or agreement arranged with our team.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to data and applications you build on nexp. You grant us only the rights needed to host and operate them. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you store.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, malware distribution, abusive load, attempts to break tenant isolation, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend instances that put the platform or other tenants at risk.
7. Availability & support
We operate the service with commercially reasonable care. Free-tier instances carry no uptime commitment; paid agreements may include specific service levels. Support channels are listed on the support page.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account owners in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
