1. The service
nexp provides hosted business-application instances: isolated workspaces with apps on the web and in the nexp mobile app, identity and access control, a UI builder, release management, documentation for signed-in members, and optional AI agents. By creating an account or using an instance you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Use two-factor authentication where you can, and keep your contact email current — it is how we send service and security notices. An organisation's administrators are responsible for the users, roles and agents they set up.
3. Free tier
- One free instance per account, for evaluation and small workloads.
- Free instances pause after 2 days of inactivity and can be reactivated from the console; instances paused for a long time are archived with a backup and later removed.
- Fair use applies; we may limit or reclaim workloads that are abusive or put others at risk.
4. Paid plans
Dedicated organisations, additional environments, app licences and custom limits are provided under the plan you choose or a separate agreement with our team. Fees, renewal and payment terms are set out there.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the data, documents and apps you create on nexp. You give us only the rights needed to host, back up, secure and operate them. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you store, and for your own users' compliance with these terms.
6. AI agents
- Agents are optional and controlled by your administrators: which agents exist, which apps they may use, who may talk to them and how much each person may use them.
- Agents are designed so that your business data does not go to the AI (see our Privacy Policy). The AI is provided by a third party and processes requests on our behalf.
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review reports and suggested changes before relying on them. Changes an agent suggests take effect only when an authorised user approves them; you are responsible for what you approve. Snapshots and change history let you undo approved changes.
- Usage may be limited by your plan and by the limits your administrators set.
7. Marketplace apps
Apps installed from the nexp marketplace are licensed per app and version as shown in the marketplace and in your licence. Some apps may carry their own terms, which apply alongside these.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, malware, abusive load, attempts to break tenant isolation or bypass access controls, misuse of AI agents to extract data they are not permitted to use, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend instances that put the platform or other customers at risk.
9. Availability & support
We run the service with commercially reasonable care. Free instances carry no uptime commitment; paid agreements may include service levels. Support channels are listed on the support page.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Termination
You can stop using nexp and delete your account at any time; export your data first. We may suspend or end accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We announce material changes to account owners in advance; continuing to use nexp after they take effect means you accept them.
