Credit customers and cheques, without the notebook
Due dates, an aging report on your letterhead, and cheques tracked from pending to cleared. For businesses that sell on credit.

If you sell on credit, you carry a list in your head of who is late. The list is usually right about the big customers and wrong about the small ones, and it is never written down when you need to send a reminder.
A due date on every invoice
In nexp every customer invoice has a due date. Payments are recorded against invoices, so what is still owed is always the invoice total less what has been paid, not a number someone keeps up to date by hand.
The aging report
The customer aging report shows who owes what and how many days late, grouped into the usual bands. It prints on your company letterhead, ready to send to a customer or to hand to a sales rep before a visit. It also exports to Excel.
Cheques
Post-dated cheques are part of daily life for most distributors in Sri Lanka. In nexp every cheque has its own record: who gave it, the bank, the date, the amount, and where it is now: pending, banked, cleared or returned. Filter by date to see what is due to clear this week, and see straight away when one comes back.
Approvals on record
Extra discounts, returns and settlements can each need approval. The request shows on the manager's approval list with the amount and who asked, and it is approved or rejected with one tap, from a desk or a phone. You can require that the person who raises a request is not the one who approves it.
For the accountant
Sales, purchases, payments and returns post to your chart of accounts. Your accountant gets the general ledger and a trial balance in Excel at month end, instead of re-keying everything from receipt books.
