A support portal for your customers

Your customers will sign in on your own branded page, raise a request, follow its progress, reply to your team and read your knowledge base, on the web or on a phone. Requests arrive as cases in the same queue your team already works from.

Project management

For contractors, installers, IT firms and internal projects: a timeline, a weekly task board and hours logged by the team. Each project's budget is checked against the purchase orders and invoices already in your accounts, so you can see what a project has committed and spent without a separate spreadsheet.

Department budgets, with every approval on a private blockchain

For ministries, councils, universities, NGOs and large organisations. The approved budget is allocated from the centre to each department and budget line, and every request is checked against what is left before money is committed.

Every approval, rejection and transfer is written as a block that carries a fingerprint of the record and of the block before it. The approvals form one chain, kept in the organisation's own database: no public network and no fees. If a past approval is changed later, even directly in the database, the check shows where the chain breaks.

NEXP CON, our own controller

A zone controller for greenhouses and for any site that needs sensors read and equipment switched: cold rooms, pump houses, water tanks and machines. Its screen shows each piece of equipment, green when it is running and red when it is off, and it connects to your nexp account over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or 4G.
